Company History
Botanisol LLC was formed in December 2012 to commercialize a promising bioactive compound discovered at the University of Arizona. The discovery was the culmination of $6.8 million and five years of innovative NIH sponsored research by U of A scientists. Botanisol LLC holds the exclusive license to the patented technology.
